The company is primarily dedicated to providing customers with systematic upgrade services for electrolytic cell systems and equipment process solutions. Key Services: We provide EPC optimization and upgrades for chlor-alkali electrolysis systems, optimization of anode and cathode grid coatings, frame upgrades and retrofits, as well as on-site installation and commissioning of electrolysis units. Among these, our energy-saving optimizations for electrodes are particularly effective in reducing energy consumption and improving production efficiency in electrolysis applications, earning widespread acclaim from our clients. As a leading supplier of electrolysis equipment, the company has established the Jiangyin Ion-Exchange Membrane Electrolyzer Engineering Technology Research Center. It is equipped with comprehensive testing facilities, including a complete electrode performance testing laboratory, an electrolyzer system simulation laboratory, and a new product R&D laboratory, as well as precision testing equipment. For over a decade, the company has been deeply engaged in the field of energy-efficient and environmentally friendly electrolysis equipment. We have focused on upgrading the performance, processes, and structures of our electrode products, establishing dedicated R&D teams to precisely address industry needs. We have successively completed iterative optimizations of electrodes for low-current-density forced-circulation, high-current-density natural-circulation, and high-current-density zero-anode-gap electrolysis cells. Our independently developed new E-P special electrode coating material has been successfully integrated into electrolysis equipment both domestically and internationally. This new generation of electrode technology offers advantages such as low energy consumption, stable performance, and resistance to reverse current, making it particularly suitable for applications in on-site power plants where current and voltage fluctuations are common and frequent emergency shutdowns occur.

Over the years, the company has focused on target market needs. Each year, it organizes technical, production, and sales teams to compile technical requirement analysis reports and collaborates with the Chlor-Alkali Industry Association to host the “Adianer Cup” thesis and knowledge competition, enabling precise alignment with customer needs to drive new product development. Guided by national policies on carbon neutrality, energy conservation, and environmental protection, the company has formulated a development strategy for electrode equipment tailored to the needs of the chlor-alkali industry, providing comprehensive solutions for electrolysis equipment. Leveraging its accumulated talent and technological expertise, the company has secured two invention patents and multiple utility model patents. The Chief Technical Engineer has served as an expert on the editorial board of the China Chlor-Alkali Association for several consecutive years, and the team’s electrode products and patents have repeatedly won industry, provincial, and municipal awards for scientific and technological progress and patents.

Striving to Enhance Overall Management Standards

The company has seized development opportunities and upgraded both its hardware and software infrastructure simultaneously: In 2019, it invested 50 million yuan to construct a new factory complex, and in 2021, a 10,000-square-meter new factory complex and R&D building were completed and put into operation; on the software side, the company has increased investment in R&D, automation, and information management, introducing systems such as ERP, OA, and PLC to achieve end-to-end digitalized control and management. The company has established an advanced quality management system, having successively obtained ISO certifications for quality, occupational health, and environmental management, and was recognized as a Jiangsu Province AAA-Level Quality Credit Enterprise.

In March, Jiangyin Adianer Electrochemical Equipment Co., Ltd. was officially established in Huangtu, Jiangyin. The first batch of ADE series electrodes was successfully put into production and deployed in ion-exchange membrane electrolysers manufactured by Asahi Kasei Corporation and in BiTAC ion-exchange membrane electrolysers produced by CEC Chlorine Engineering.
